What started as a gloomy and rainy Saturday turned into an absolutely perfect night for a
baseball game.

The Woodland Baptist Church men's ministry team hosted 38 men at the Peoria Chiefs game at
Dozer Park Saturday evening.

The Hot Corner Club down the third base line was the perfect place for the group to enjoy food,
a silent auction, fellowship with friends and family, fireworks, and of course, baseball.

“It was fun to get to hang out with church family in a setting that we don't get to be in very often. And a baseball game is a perfect opportunity to bring men of all ages together to have fun and share life.”

Christ is life. The rest is baseball.
